At AlphaPartyRentals, our aim and utmost priority is to ensure that we assist all our esteemed clients with their upcoming events and party supplies hiring needs. The primary goal is to dedicatedly work for all our clients in all honesty, from the stage of making first contact to wrapping up and picking up our supplies. This process includes, providing the initial quote, honest consultation, on time delivery of supplies, set up and picking up once the event is completed.
With utmost dedication, our staff strives to make it a point that we cater to all requirements equally, whether it is a special request or a pre-made package is selected. We provide the same level of importance to each client.
The delivery team at AlphaPartyRental is fully equipped to handling and managing events/orders of all sizes and variations and they are more than happy to assist. We will provide a prior demo on how to use each item thoroughly and if you may have any concerns or questions, we will be there for you through each step of the way, guiding you towards executing a successful event.
We provide free delivery to Kendall Area!
Any orders that are received from outside this area will be charged a nominal delivery fee. In most instances, we calculate the mileage and review the minimum order and then provide the quote. The delivery fee is for all deliveries to the first floor, however, if a special request is made for the area of delivery, then an additional cost will be incurred by our clients. In cases where electricity is not present or available to make the party supplies ready, we in such instances also provide portable generators for an additional cost.
All it Pick-Up:
We insist our clients to ensure that all our products are present at the same area where they were delivered and not moved around. We will pick up our supplies on the same day of the delivery.
