Party Rental FAQs - Reservations, Delivery & Payments

1- How do I reserve my party rentals?

To reserve, just call us at and we will reserve your equipment and answer any questions that you may have.

2-How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?

Once you have chosen a date and know what you need, DO NOT hesitates, call us as soon as possible to reserve the equipment you need for your event. Most commonly 1 month notice is sufficient though it all depends on the demand for that day.

3-What is the price for my rentals delivery?

Our delivery costs are based on where we are delivering to. The delivery fee for party rentals, school carnivals, fun fairs, church festivals, company picnics, birthday party, or any special event rental includes delivery, set-up, and take-down. Contact us to see how much delivery would cost to your location.

4-What payment method can I use?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit. We accept only cash for any remaining balance is due at time of delivery.

5-Do you require a deposit to reserve rentals?

Yes, All reservations with Alpha Party Rental require a 30% Non-Refundable deposit in advance to secure a reservation. If a cancellation is made due to inclement weather, the deposit may be used for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. You will have one full calendar year to use the deposit.

7- What does All Day Rentals mean?

All Day Rental means that you have the right to keep the units for 4 hours, at most. If you wish to keep your bounce house, slide, tent, dunk tank, or other equipment for additional time, please contact us.

8-What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that your event must be cancel, Alpha Party Rental, requires that you give a 72 hours notice by phone ONLY with a live Representative who answers. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours are returned 90% of the deposit previously paid and those cancellations made after 72 hours are not eligible for a full deposit refund. Instead the deposit funds can be used towards a future booking with Alpha Party Rentals. You will have one full calendar year to use the deposit.

9-Do you charge tax?

Yes. We are required by law to charge FL sales tax for all rentals.

10-What is your weather policy?

If the local weather is calling for rain or winds of 25 mph or more on your reserved day a Alpha Party Rentals representative will call you. At that time it will be determined whether to cancel the rental. NO REFUNDS will be given after the bounce is set up. AlphaParty Rentals reserves the right to end any event early in case of unsafe conditions including but not limited to bad weather.

11-What if it starts to rain during the rental?
If the bounce unit gets wet everyone should exit the bounce and the blower unit unplugged. THE BOUNCE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET or WHEN WINDS ARE 25 MPH OR MORE. The bounce unit becomes very slippery and dangerous, Once the rain stops you can dry the unit with your towels. Once dry the bounce should be once again safe to use.

12-When should I have my lawn cut before my party?
Make sure you DO NOT cut your grass the day of your tent install. The green sap that is left on the surface of your lawn will stain our equipment as we have to lay most of it on the ground during our install. Another reason would be is that we wouldn’t want your landscaper or yourself to interfere with the installation of your party. It is always best to leave your grass a little long. Grass wears better when it is longer. If your party were on a Saturday you would want your lawn to be mowed no later than Wednesday. Cutting your lawn after the tent has been installed can be extremely difficult with all the poles and stakes in the way

13- What happens if items are damaged or lost?

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of receipt until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather at all times. The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items.

15- Can I have an inflatable at a park?

You must call that park in advance to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable there. Many parks require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as 10 days to process. If a 110v outlet is not available, such as at a park, we can provide a power generator for an additional charge.

Rental Agreements

Each customer is asked to sign a rental agreement including release of liability at the time the inflatable is set up.

What types of equipment can I rent from Alpha Party Rental?

We carry a huge range of party rentals to fit any event, from small backyard birthday parties to large school carnivals and company picnics. Our most popular items are inflatable bounce houses, water slides, and combo units that include both bouncing and sliding. We also offer dry slides, obstacle courses, and interactive games like bungee runs and jousting arenas. For younger kids, we have toddler-friendly inflatables that are lower to the ground and extra safe.

Beyond inflatables, Alpha Party Rental provides concession machines such as cotton candy, popcorn, sno-cone, and hot dog rollers to make your event feel like a real fair. We also rent tables, chairs, tents, and generators if your location does not have easy access to power. If you have a specific theme or idea in mind, call us and we will help you pick the right equipment. DO NOT wait until the last minute because popular items book out fast on weekends and holidays.

Do you set up and take down the equipment yourself?

Yes, every rental from Alpha Party Rental includes full set-up and take-down by our trained staff. The delivery fee covers us bringing the equipment to your location, safely inflating and anchoring everything, testing each unit, and then returning after your event to pack it all up. You do not need to lift a finger. We ask that you or someone at the event be present when we arrive for set-up to show us exactly where you want each item placed and to sign off on the delivery.

Set-up usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on how many items you rent and how far the equipment has to be carried from our truck. We typically arrive 1 to 2 hours before your event start time to make sure everything is ready. For take-down, we come back at the agreed end time and deflate, roll, and load everything. Please make sure the area is clear of guests and personal items before we arrive for take-down so we can work quickly and safely.

What happens if equipment gets damaged or dirty during my event?

We understand that parties can get messy, and normal use like grass stains, small food spills, and general dirt is expected. Alpha Party Rental cleans and sanitizes every piece of equipment after each rental, so you will not be charged for ordinary wear and tear. However, if an inflatable is damaged beyond normal use — for example, large rips, burns, excessive mud caked inside, or damage from sharp objects — you will be responsible for the repair or replacement cost. We will always inspect the equipment with you at take-down and document any issues before leaving.

To avoid extra charges, do not allow silly string, confetti, gum, face paint, or pets inside any inflatable. These items can permanently stain or tear the vinyl. Also make sure no one wears shoes, sharp jewelry, or keys while bouncing. If a unit does get dirty during your event, do not try to hose it down or use cleaning products yourself. Just let our team know at take-down and we will handle the cleaning professionally. We want you to enjoy your event without worrying, so a little common sense goes a long way.

Do I need any permits or special permission to set up a bounce house in a park or public space?

This depends on where your event is taking place. If you are setting up at your own home or a private residence, you generally do not need a permit for our equipment as long as you have enough flat space and access to a standard electrical outlet or a generator. For public parks, beaches, school grounds, or HOA common areas, the venue often requires a permit or written approval before any large inflatable can be set up. Alpha Party Rental can provide a certificate of insurance and a copy of our safety inspection if the venue asks for it, but you are responsible for obtaining the actual permit or permission.

Before you reserve your rentals, call the park or venue office and ask if they allow inflatables and what paperwork they need. Some parks have specific rules about staking into the grass, noise levels, or the hours when bounce houses can operate. We can work with you and the venue to make sure everything is compliant. DO NOT assume the park will allow it just because other people have done it before. Getting a permit early will save you stress on the day of your event and prevent a last-minute cancellation.
