You can mix and match or keep it simple, we have enough inventory to do small intimate dinners or big ballroom receptions.

We rent tall metal stands, wooden boxes, and even hanging floral chandeliers for the ones who want something different. Prices for centerpiece pieces start around $5.00 per piece and floral stands from $15.00 each depending on size and style. Event Backdrops & Photo Booth Walls
Every event needs a spot where people wanna take pictures and post them online Alpha Miami Party Rental has a big selection of backdrops and photo walls that will give your guests that wow moment right when they walk in. We got fabric draping in every color you can think of, sequin walls that sparkle under lights, boxwood greenery walls for a more natural look, and custom printed banners if you want your names or a logo on it. These backdrops work great behind the head table, behind the cake table, or as a freestanding photo booth area with a frame and some props.
Our pipe and drape setups are heavy duty and can be adjusted to fit any space, from a small corner to a whole wall 20 feet wide or more. You can rent just the backdrop frame and bring your own fabric if you want to save money, but we recommend using our materials because they are already steamed and ready to hang, no wrinkles or folds that ruin your pictures. Pricing starts at $89.00 for a basic 8 foot wide fabric backdrop and goes up for sequin or greenery walls, delivery and setup is always included in the quote.

Our lights are battery powered so no ugly cords running across the floor, and they are controlled by a remote so we can change colors and brightness depending on what part of the night it is. Soft warm white for dinner time, pink and purple for dancing, blue for a corporate event, whatever you need.
We also rent string lights, market lights, and LED candles for tables and walkways. String lights are great for outdoor tents and patios, they give that cozy bistro feeling without being too bright. LED candles look real but no fire hazard and no wax dripping on your expensive linens. Uplighting starts at $25.00 per light for a four hour event and we recommend at least 10 to 15 lights to cover a standard banquet room. Setup and takedown is handled by our crew, you just tell us where you want the light to hit.

We carry white leather sofas, velvet loveseats, accent chairs, ottomans, coffee tables, and even bar stools with gold frames. You can set up a lounge area near the bar, around the dance floor, or in a corner for the older guests who want to sit comfortable and watch.
Our lounge furniture comes in different styles so you can match the vibe of your party. For a modern wedding we have white and champagne colors with clean lines. For a rustic or outdoor event we have wooden pallet sofas with cushions and boho rugs. For a kids party we have small colorful chairs and bean bags that are easy to clean. Rental prices vary by piece but a basic lounge set with one loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table starts around $150.00 for the whole evening. Delivery fee depends on your location in Miami Dade or Broward.
And if you want the full VIP treatment, ask us about adding velvet ropes and stanchions to section off the area.
